Andrew Mueller

Principal Broker

Andrew Mueller is a commercial real estate broker, developer, and construction professional based in Lexington, Kentucky, with a reputation for bringing clarity and execution to complex commercial deals.

Unlike traditional brokers, Andrew’s background is rooted in hands-on construction, redevelopment, and ownership. As the owner of a commercial construction company and an active real estate investor, he has overseen millions of dollars in renovations, buildouts, and value-add projects across Central Kentucky—ranging from retail and medical office to industrial, mixed-use, and adaptive reuse properties.

That experience shapes every aspect of his brokerage approach. Andrew understands buildings from the ground up: zoning and permitting, structural constraints, mechanical systems, tenant improvements, realistic construction costs, and how those factors affect value, pricing, and deal structure. His clients benefit from advice that is practical, data-driven, and grounded in real-world execution, not theory.

Andrew works closely with property owners, investors, and business operators to evaluate opportunities honestly—whether that means repositioning an underperforming asset, structuring a lease that actually works long term, or identifying hidden upside in a purchase. He is known for straightforward communication, disciplined underwriting, and protecting his clients from costly surprises after closing.

At his core, Andrew approaches brokerage with an owner’s mindset: every deal should make sense on paper, on site, and over time.
